REFUND POLICY
For Domestic Orders Returns Our return policy is applicable for 7 days from the day of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since the item delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on a case-to-case basis. - The game has obvious signs of use or abuse - Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned after more than 7 days of delivery Note that a flat fee of Rs.50 is chargeable for all return pick-ups. To initiate a return, email us at shenterprises047@gmail.com with [Return Order#0123] in the subject line and attach a proof-of-purchase. Replace #0123 with the order number on the invoice. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-11 days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Please contact us at shenterprises047@gmail.com Exchanges (if applicable) Exchange policy lasts for 10 days after the date of delivery. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the damaged items at shenterprises047@gmail.com. There will be no extra charge for exchanging a damaged item. To initiate an exchange, email us at shenterprises047@gmail.com with [Exchange Order#1234] in the subject line and attach a proof-of-purchase. Replace #1234 with the order number on the invoice. Shipping A flat Rs.50 fee will be charged for returns.
